Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
